Each new employee, after drug screening, goes through a Safety Orientation Program and is then partnered with a "seasoned" employee to ensure safe work practices are learned the All American Roofing, Inc. way. We perform safety analysis of jobsites before a project begins, and random safety inspections daily. We also hold weekly Tool Box Talks and require retraining if a safety violation is noted.
