Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt shingles are very popular and used on most residential projects. They come in a variety of colors and manufacturers offer warranties from 20 years to lifetime. Wood Shakes

Tile, Slate and Clay

Metal roofs can be installed over existing asphalt shingles, although it is not recommended for installation over more than one (1) layer or architectural shingles.
